Massage

Massage therapy is one of the oldest and easiest ways to treat.
Its name comes from the Arabic word “MASSA”, meaning “touch”. Touch is the essence and basis of massage. Touch means a relationship with what is beyond us. For man, the touch is essential because it provides security, warmth, pleasure, benefits and restores vitality.

The roots of the western type of massage are found in anatomy and physiology. In the human body, nothing works separately and independently, but is closely interconnected. There are a number of positive effects that affect at the overall health status.

During massage, skin and subcutaneous tissue receptors are exacerbated, as an effect of mechanical action, and also indirectly, or reflexive pathways, affect the waking of the entire organism.
This means that the massage works great on our health and mood:
-Improve and speeds up the blood and lymphotics,
– Improves elasticity and regeneration of the skin,
– Free muscles,
-Supports and deepens breathing,
-Encourages digestion,
-Accelerates metabolism,
-Provides the removal of harmful substances from the body,
– Reduces pain and tension,
– Works on internal organs.

Massage can not cure all illnesses, but it can safely improve the general state of the organism, alleviate the pain, and speed up the recovery process.

Every man needs relaxation and escape from everyday life. Headaches, cramps, insomnia, tension, stress, all these problems can be alleviated – by massage! The massage story begins with a touch. Attention and feeling, a little time and energy, a good couple of hands, that’s all you need for massage. Massage is a two-way flow of contact between the arms and the body, the mutual exchange of energy between therapist and patient. The touch should represent trust between the therapist and the patient, who will abandon the patient and leave it to the beauty of the massage. A good massage creates a sense of convenience, trust and joy!

The massage is divided into three basic types:
1. MEDICAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
2. SPORT MASSAGE
3. HYGIENE-COSMETIC MASSAGE (RELAX).
By doing a massage involving the entire body we perform a complete-relaxation massage. Massaging only a certain parts of the body we make, the so-called, a partial massage.

Due to all the positive reactions to the whole organism, it is clear why the massage became an inevitable part of everyday life, for the purpose of personal hygiene, or for the purpose of treatment and enjoyment! No matter what kind of massage we do, its result must be physical and spiritual relief and deep relaxation. Massage is the easiest way to achieve relaxation and health preservation!
